The Soft Plyo Box offers 3 jump heights. By turning it over, you can choose between 51 cm, 61 cm, and 71 cm. The padded surface provides protection and reduces the risk of injury from slipping when performing jumps. The surface is made of a roughened, non-slip PVC material that ensures a secure grip. The interior is filled with firm EPE pearl cotton, which helps the box retain its shape. Soft Plyo Boxes are ideal for HIIT training and plyometric exercises such as box jumps, step-ups, elevated push-ups, and many other exercises.
