It is designed to create quieter, more comfortable areas for free weights and functional fitness training or boxing. The flooring is easy to install and maintain, effectively reduces noise caused by falling weights or equipment, and protects the floor underneath. The flooring has high stability and cushioning properties. It creates a good foundation for physical exercise while preventing injuries and joint strain. It is made from recycled rubber.

Installation:
Loose installation on all solid substrates such as concrete, asphalt, screed, wood, tiles,
laminate, short and firm carpet and plastic coverings.
The elastic covering easily compensates for minor unevenness.
Precise longitudinal cuts or recesses can be made quickly and easily with a carpet/laying knife.
Due to the high weight of the tiles and their blunt underside, they are very slip-resistant and therefore do not necessarily need to be glued down.
