DESCRIPTION
The Soft Plyo Box offers 3 jumping heights. You can choose between 51cm, 61cm and 71cm by turning it. The padded surface offers protection and reduces the risk of injury from slipping when performing jumps. The surface has a roughened and non-slip PVC surface that promises a secure grip. Inside is a solid EPE pearl cotton filling that keeps the box in shape. Soft Plyo boxes are ideal for HIIT training and plyometric exercises such as box jumps, step ups, raised push-ups and many other exercises.
